Here’s the secret…..we’re not meant to do it alone.

Being in this world is a team effort because sometimes others hold information and provide the conditions you need to deal with work and life.

These are the 4 key elements we’ll use in working together.

A handle on what’s going on
First we get a clear picture of what’s happening for you. Where the difficulties and blocks are, and at what level they need to be responded at. And a clear picture of the way you go about things because in the end what you do has to fit with you. You might already know a lot about this, but sometimes when you are so close to the situation it’s hard to see it all. I put in my 25 years of working with people to help you see what’s happening for you. Getting you some emotional space from what’s happening is really useful at this stage.

Resourcing you to move forward.
Sometimes knowing what’s going on is enough on it’s own, but because you are in the middle of the situation and perhaps feeling battered, bruised, stuck and depleted….it can be hard. We need to untangle you from what’s going on, resource you, and get you in a space where you can move forward. Building your capacity, providing the nourishment you need, teaching skills, working on strategies is what we do here.

Working With Yourself Rather Than Against Yourself
We often don’t do ourselves any favours in how we treat ourselves. Sometimes we don’t know how to respond to ourselves in healthy, positive ways. At other times there’s self criticism, doubt and fear, feeling we should be doing better, perfectionism, unrealistic expectations, thinking we’re not good enough and hoping no one finds out……the list goes on.  Learning to manage these and to develop positive ways of working with ourselves provides a powerful way to free up and maximise our internal resources.

Becoming stronger in yourself
This comes from knowing the situations that are draining your energy, developing boundaries, and making a proactive stand in your life based on your values. As you get to know what works and doesn’t work for you, it’s like you develop a ‘user manual’ that guides you in responding to the challenges that inevitably come up. It also means you enjoy life more, feel a greater sense of freedom as the burden you have been carrying is lifted, and see better outcomes in your life, work or business.
